The cost of standard shipping starts from $25 and may vary based on the recipient's country. In addition, we provide express UPS delivery, with prices starting from $35.

Our standard shipping option utilizes the reliable services of UPS, ensuring your package reaches its destination reliably. Please note that certain countries are not eligible for shipping due to their unfriendly relations with Ukraine.
For faster delivery, we offer an express UPS shipping service. This expedited option guarantees prompt delivery of your package, with prices starting from $35. If time is of the essence, our express delivery service is the perfect choice.
Please note that the production of our cases takes approximately 1-2 working days before being handed over to the UPS delivery service. Therefore, when anticipating the delivery timeframe, it is important to add an additional 1-2 days if you are ordering 1-3 cases. If your order includes more than 3 cases or if you have requested a unique design with personalization, the production time for your order may be extended.
How can I confirm my order and its shipping status?
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order, please email info@timotheus.ua
When will my order ship?
Typically your order will ship within 48 hours. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays or company closures (listed below). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping within the U.S. (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hong,Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom) usually takes 8-14 business days to arrive. These days also include custom tailoring of handmade covers.
If you place a "Next Day Air" order on Friday before 10AM EST, Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days. You will receive your order in 8-14 days.

These shipping methods are not available to all locations and addresses and we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures:

How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email from Timotheus that will contain your tracking number. Enter the tracking number in the carrier’s online tracking tool and you will be able to see the status of your order.

Can I ship my order to an APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Box?
USPS (economy shipping) will deliver to PO boxes. Due to long delivery times to APO, DPO, and FPO addresses, we do not offer shipping to those addresses. No FedEx or UPS (expedited) services will deliver to APO, DPO, FPO, or PO boxes.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
FedEx or UPS (expedited) will ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Due to long delivery times, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico via USPS (economy shipping).
