Refund policy


Timotheus Products Return Policy applies to www.keyfob-timotheus.com purchasers only

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of your product as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition. Returns and exchanges are NOT offered on Last Chance, Gift Cards, or Final Sale items. All refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee.. Any international or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded.

Tailor-made goods

Items that are not in stock and have been sewn to your individual criteria (such as leather color, thread color, or initials). Such items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unworn, Original, New Condition

All items returned and exchanged must be in their unworn and original, new condition. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on all products that are eligible, pending they have not been worn or had labels removed.

U.S. customers: Use the prepaid label included with your order to return your product. Put the label on your return package, include your packing slip, and drop it off at the carrier’s location. Once we have received your product, your original payment method will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

Timotheus is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Timotheus. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Timotheus via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

Promptly following Timotheus receipt of your returned product (typically within 3-5 business days), Timotheus will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Timotheus does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund.

Timotheus will not provide a refund for a product that is received by Timotheus more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Timotheus also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

For orders placed between 11/23-12/24, we will accept returns and exchanges through 1/30.

We will send step-by-step instructions on the return/exchange process.

All items must be sent back unworn and labeled in the original packaging, the packaging must not be damaged in any way or no returns will be made. Returned items will be checked to see if they are eligible for return. Damaged merchandise or merchandise with labels removed will not be returned and you will be billed an appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the shoes back.

PROCESSING TIME ON REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, & STORE CREDITS:

Refunds: Once your returned product is received you can expect your return to be processed within 3-5 business days.

Your new order will be processed once your package is dropped off with the carrier. *Please note: inventory is NOT reserved and is sold at a first come, first serve basis. If the item you requested has gone out of stock between your processed exchange and the time you drop off your item with the carrier, you will be notified via email and a store credit will be issued.

This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Timotheus website.

Modifying your order after it has been placed
